 Foreclosures are not for everyone. 

There are two type of foreclosures Bank Foreclosures and Hud Foreclosures.

  • Bank Foreclosures are negotiated with the Bank who foreclosed on the property.
  • Hud Foreclosures are purchased by bidding on the property approximately two weeks after listed on Real Estate MLS (Multiple Listing Search). 

Each require a Buyer to use a Real Estate Agent to purchase the foreclosed property.  There are guidelines that must be followed in purchasing Foreclosed Properties that require a Real Estate Agent.  Investors are usually experts in buying foreclosures, repairing the properties to meet code and reselling the properties. 

 This site has a Daily Update of Foreclosed Active Listings and (As Is, Court Approval Required, Shortsale, Corporate Owned/REO) Properties.  If you , the Buyer, are following a particular property and would like additional information, the MLS# or Address will be needed to answer questions about the property.
